SoursGriffithWanda B. Sours and Edward Frankline Griffith were married Sunday at the Stanley Baptist Church.The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Voyle A. Sours of Stanley, and the bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Bergie Griffith of Luray.The Rev. Wendall Smith conducted the afternoon ceremony. The organist was Mrs. Barbara Burner, and Mrs. Pat Cubbage was the soloist.The bride was given in marriage by her father.She wore a formal gown of sheer gaza and chantilly lace with a wedding band neckline, bishop sleeves and a chapel train. She carried a cascade of white fugi mums, sweetheart roses and ivy around a white orchid.The maid of honor was Miss Wilma Birtikidis of Charlottesville. She wore a long aquagown with an empire bodice andlong sleeves and carried a nosegay of white and yellow daisies, pink sweetheart roses, fugi mums, babys breath and varigated pitt.The bridesmaids were MissEleanor Georg, niece of the bride, and Mrs. Ann Lillard and Mrs. Mary McGrady. Their gowns and flowers were similar to those of the honor attendant but in yellow, pink and green.The flower girl was Miss Ixirie Pitts. She wore a long gown of white and yellow and carried a basket of rose petals.The ringbearer was Robbie Griffith, nephew of thebridegroom.The best man was Charles R. Griffith, brother of thebridegroom.Ushers were James Bates, brother of the bride, I^arryLillard and Dwight Stover.After a reception at theMimslyn Motor Inn, the couple left on a wedding trip. They will live on Rt. 3, Luray.The bride graduated from Page County High School and the Career Academy in Washington, D.C. She is a laboratory technician at Page Memorial Hospital.ITie bridegroom graduated from Luray High School and attended George Washington University.
