IMl** Stockman jAnnounce* EngagementAnnouncement was made lest evening of the approaching marriage ofMiss Hilda Stockman and Mr. Hugo Schmitz at a delightful bridge party given by Miss Stockman’s sister, Mrs. Louis Graessle. Each table was decorated with a center bouquet of pastel blossoms, tied with pink tulle, and attached to which was a card bearing the announcement, Hilda and Hugo, June 12, 1928. Twenty-four guests were present and score favors were awarded Mrs. Gus Schell, Mrs. J. R. Sims and Mrs. H. E. Ferguson, while prospective bride was also presented | with an attractive gift Mrs. Graessle w^as assisted by her sister, Miss Alma Stockman, and Misa Teresa Graessle. Those attending were Miss Hilda Stockman, Miss Adelaide Eveler, Miss Eleanor Plume, Miss Rosanna Vilm, Miss Martha Schulte, Miss Marie SchWr, Miss Lucile Dul-le, Miss Roer, Miss Alma Graessle,Miss Lillinm Graessle, Miss Margaret fetter, Miss Margaret Schrimpf, Miss Edith Noonan, Miss Aurelia Henry, Mrs. Franris Knollmeyer, Mrs. Fred Kaullen, Mrs. Gus Schell, Mrs. H. E. Ferguson, Mrs. Wade Condit, Mrs. Oscar Graesle, Mrs. Francis Sims, Mrs. Joe Hanr, Mrs. H K. Meisenhach, Mrs. J. E. Day. Miss Stockman is the daughter of Mr.John Stockman and has for sometime been employed at the H. and C. Jewelry Store. Mr. Schmitz is the ion of Mrs. Francis Schmitz and Is »mploved at the state orison. Doth ire well known here where thlt; j have manv friends.
