Miss Hinds, Rand EngagedMr. and Mrs. David L, Hinds of Springdale have announced the engagement of their daughter, Deborah Ann, to Joel Aaron Rand, son of Mr. and Mrs. James A. Rand of Fayetteville. She is the granddaughter of Lois M Robbins of El Paso, Texas and Mrs Mack L Hinds of Springdale. He is the grandson of Eleanor Campbell of Sioux City, Iowa. Miss Hinds is a 1980 honor graduate of Springdale High School and a student in the College of Business Administration at the University of Arkansas, She is employed at Wal-Mart South in Springdale. Her fiance is a 1977 honor graduate of Fayetteville High School and a senior in the College of Engineering at the UA. He is employed at Wal-Mart South in Springdale. The couple will marry June 19 at 7 p.m. at Caudle Avenue Baptist Church in Springdale Friends and relatives are invited
