Fon-j driest of Navarre will observe their 50th wedding anniversary with open house in their home June 2 from 1 to 5 p.m.Mr. Fondriest is the former Rachel Ruffini and the couple was married May 29, 1913, in St. Elizabeth’s Catholic Church at Roswell. They now are members of St. Clement’s Church in Navarre. Mr. Fondriest, a retired cement contractor, is engaged in farming.Mr. and Mrs. Fondriest are the parents of 4 children, Paul, Mrs. Earl (Marv) Gerber and Mrs. Charles (Frances) Dillon of Canton and Mrs. George lt;Loretta) Adams of Navarre. There are 10 grandchildren.
