JONES-McCORDMiss Erma McCord and Jacob Jones were married Saturday evening at 8:30 in Chicago by the Reverend W. C. Miiikan, pastor of one of the Methodist churches. Both are popular young people of this vicinity. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joe McCord, of Flint, but has always been counted as one of Attica's young people, having made her home in this city during her four years of her high school course and is a grad-i uate of the Attica high school. During that time she made many friends. The last year she has been attending school at the State Normal in Terre Haute,The groom is well knewn here, having always made his home in this city. He too, is a graduate of the Attica high school. It was during the school days of these two young people that the courtship which ended so happily began, they being members of the same class. Jacob is engaged in the elevator business with his father.Mr. and Mrs. Jones returned to Attica Monday night. They will make their home with the’groom’s parents for the present. The Tribune joins their host of friends in extending congratulations and best wishes.
