She is a 1987 graduate of Norfolk High School and a 1991 graduate of the University of South Dakota with a bachelors degree in speech communications. She is employed as an admissions counselor forSouthwestern College in Winfield, Kan.The groom-elect is the son of Max and Jeannette Peterson of Huron. He is a 1987 graduate of Huron High School and a 1991 graduate of the University of South Dakota with a bachelors degree in Psychology. He is working on his master’s degree in human factors psychology at Kansas State University in Manhattan.The couple plans a July 3 wedding.
