Salado's second annual Arts and Crafts Fair to be held June 15-16 is in the final planning stages, according to Col. C. L. (Jack) Jones, general chairman. The Fair will be held on the Salado Village Green and will include arts, crafts, music and drama.Committees are: Facilities, Arthur Wade Capps, chairman; Young Farmers Club, Chester Critchfield, Herbert McDonald, Roy Sheppard,A.
