Zarvis of East View Drive, and Mark Joseph Chittenden, son of Mr, and Mrs. William Chittenden of 22 Gilead St., took place Saturday morning at 11 In St. Mark’s Episcopal Church.The Rev, Robert Cummings, rector of St. Mark’s; and the Rev. Leon Nadeau, pastor of Noire Dame Church, officiated and conducted the ecumenical communion service. Florence Olson was organist and Mrs. Edward Hakes, vocalist.The bride was given in rnurriage by her father. A reception followed at the Eagles Home in North Adams.Mrs. Roger Pedercini of Williamstown was matron of honor and bridesmaids were Mrs. Debra Brooks of North Adams, Sheila Chittfenden of Adams, sister of the bridegroom, and Mrs. Donald Therrien of North -Adams. Audrey Gibson of North Adams, the bride's cousin, was junior bridesmaid. Brenda Scarbo of Adams, a cousin of the bridegroom, was flower girt.Edward Menard of Adams was best man. Ushers were Martin Chittenden of. Adams, brother of the bridegroom, Chester TrzeSnski Jr. of Adams, and Donald Therrien of North Adanis. Scolt Zarvis of Adams, brother of the bride, was ringbearer.The bride's gown, of nylon chiffon over netting, was styled with a high-rise waist, long sleeves and stand-up collar, and featured a pattern of Aleneon lace accented with iridescent sparklers and ruffled edge. Scalloped Aleneon taee, attached at the waist, formed a border around the hem of the gown and attached chapel length train, A band of scalloped lace also accented the front waistline. Her two-tier elbow length veil was caught to n pearl-trimmed lace-covered face framer cap.She carried white daisies with a center of yellow and green daisies and baby’s-breath.• The matron of honor wore a maize gown of duco dot voile with an A-line skirt and deep ruffle at the hem. Her matching jacket had long sleeves, deep V-neck with wide ruffle, and a peplum. Narrow white lace accented the cuffs, ruffle, and peplum. Her matching picture hat was accented with a bond of material matching the gown. She carried a white basket of green daisies.The bridesmaids’ gowns were identical to that of the matron of honor, but in Nile green, with picture hats to match. They carried while baskets with yellow daisies.The junior bridesmaid was gowned In Nile green with long sleeves and a wide ruffle at the hem of the A-line skirt. .Narrow white lace trimmed the neck, waist, and cuffs. Sl-c also wore a matching picture hat and carried a white basket with yellow daisies.The flower girl’s gown was like that of the junior bridesmaid, but in maize, and she wore a matching ribbon in her hair. Her white basket had green daisies.After a wedding trip to Florida, the couple will be at home at lt;i Reeves St. after May 27.The bride, a medical records clerk for Williamstown Medical Associates, is a 1971 graduate of Drury High School.
