BECOMES A BRIDEUNDER BOWER OFMISS BETHEL BARTH AND MB.HOME OF THE BRIDEOne of the prettiest weddings of the season oecured last evening, atIthe home of Mr. and Mrs. W.^C. Barth, when their only daughter, Miss Bethel became the bride ofIMr. Earnest M. Fanton.. Promptly at eight o'clock, Mrs. Julia P. Rice played the wedding march and Mr. Orville Fanton, as best man, and Miss Ella Fanton, as bride's maid, entered. Next came Misses Doris and Lillian Megginsan, strewing flowers in the path of the bride. The bride and groom, advanced to the east windows of the parlor, where, under a bower of ferns, the wedding ceremony was solemnized by Rev. Chester Ferris. 'The bride was charming in a prettygown of white batiste, and carried a• , %shower bouquet of white carnations.The color scheme of pink and white was carried out in all the decorations of parlor and dining room. Pink an A white sweet peas and asparagijifiL plumosa were used in profusion. The refreshments also carried out the color scheme.•* *Mr. and Mrs. Fanton left by automobile on a sbort wedding trip^ and after their return will be at home to friends in their new bungalow on4the East Boulevard.Many beautiful gifts of cut glass, silverware and embroidery were re-deeived.The out of town guests were Dr. E. A. Ellis, Miss J. Adams, Mr. and Mrs. John Meggenson, Mr. and Mrs. Andrew J. Hartman and son, all ofRiverside; Mr. and Mrs. Earl Cum-%mings of San Bernardino, and Mr. and Mrs. Walter L.
