TAYLOR—CORKMiss Rebecca Taylor, youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E. L. Taylor of Marshall, became the bride .of Max Cork of Kokomo, Ind., Sunday afternoon at 4:00 o’clock at the home of her parents. The service was held., in the living room of the Taylor home in front of the fern-banked fireplace, with Rev. Maude Fowler Bristol officiating.Miss Lucile Bubeck, pianist, opened the ceremony with there selections, “At Dawning,” I Love You Truly,” and O, Promise Me,” followed by Mendelssohn’s Wedding March.The bride, who was given in marriage by her father, wore a wedding dress of white starched lace and a veil of tulle, and carried a round bouquet of sweet peas, daisies and white roses.Miss Phyllis Ann Forcum, piece of the bride, was her only attendant. She wore^a dress of pink organdie and carried a round bouquet of pink roses.Following the service the bridal party proceeded to the dining room, where the bride’s color scheme of yellow and white was carried out in yellow roses on the tables and a two-tier white-frosted wedding cake with green and yellow decorations.Those who attended the supper, in addition to the bridal party, were Mr. and Mrs. Joe Cork, Elsie Lou and Virginia Dean, Mrs. Gertrude Poorman of West Union, Mr. and Mrs. C. L. Forcum and son, Billy of Casper, Wyoming, D. M. Taylor, Mr. and Mrs. E. L. Taylor, Miss Lucile Bubeck, Miss Mildred Carroll, Miss Victorine Mon-ninger, Garver and Morrell Frazier, Mrs. E. D. Morton and Miss Ravilia Fairgrief, all of Marshall, MIbs Jane Whitlock, of Terre Haute, Frank Mitchell of Indianapolis.Following the wedding supper the bride and bridegroom left for their home at Kokomo, Ind. The bride’s go-ing-away dress was of navy blue sheer with a flowered paper taffeta jacket with blue accessories.Mrs. Cork is a graduate of Marshall Township High School and has spent two years at the University of Illinois. Mr. Cork also is a graduate of Marshall Township High School, attended Purdue University, and for the past two years has been employed with the Firestone Tire Rubber Company, At present he is a service manager of the Firestone 8tore at Kokomo.F$I
