Evans, in audio lot No. 141 on the plat of the town of Covington. The aforesaid lot w ill he sold by virtue of a decree in Chan-eery against said defendants, in favor of the State of inJkuia on the relation of Franklin Merrill, agent for loaning the surplus revenue.T.
