Patrick Hayes of St. Johns Church officiated, assisted by the Rev, John T. O'Brien of St. Paul s Catholic Church in Pass Christian.Mr. and Mrs. Alex Steele Jr. are parents of the bride. Maternal grandparents are Mrs. Amy T. Steele and John Weber, botn of Gulfport.The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Rcnjamin L. Oirriibb.i of Pass Chria-Unn. Paternal grandparents arc Mrs. Gaspere Carrubba and paternal g-nndf athcr Is Santo Grcco, both of Pass Christian.Miss Patrice Monroe attended the bride as maid of honor and Gregory Fortenberry served the groorn as best man. Ushers were Keith Steele. Daniel Steele, both brothers of the bride. John Carrubba and Michael Carrubba. both brothers of the groom.The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a formal gown of candlelight linen trimmed in antique Irish lace. The dress was accented embroidered ncach colored flowers and lace. Her wide brim, peach colored hat was trimmed with matching lace. She carried an old-faahioned bouquet of rosea, carnations and baby's breath accented by candlelight satin streamers. She also carried a crystal Rosary belonging to the groom’s mother, worn on her own wedding day.Altar boys assisting in the ceremony were Craig Steele and Richard Carrubba.A reception wfls held at the West Side Community Center in Gulfport. After a wedding trip to Louisiana, the couple will reside at 303 Girard ave.. Long Reach.A rehearsal aupper waa held Thursday evening. May 8 in the home of the groom’s parents.
