i Ilichaid Frauklin Whipp, a warden at Mnntcvue Hospital, near Frederick, was arrested laud week, charged with bigamy in having married Ella D. Wiener,also a warden at i lie hospital. The marriage ceremony wan perform :d by I)r. P. Fahrney, of Cumberland, a physician and member of the Dun kard Church. The arrest was made at the instance of Uury C. Whipp, who claims she is the lawful wife of the man. The ease was heard before Police Justice Eckstein. Whipp was commuted to jail to await the action of the grand jury.
