DUGGINS-COPENHAVER—Miss Evalina Copenhaver of Mat-toon,' a daughter of Mr. and Mrs, Lewis Blackard of Quincy, and Russell Lee Duggins of Mattoon were united in marriage at 6 o’clock Saturday evening at the home of T. I. Sanders in Charleston. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Hippy, brother-in-law and sister of the groom, attended the couple.The bride wore a grey suit with pink accessories and a corsage of pink carnations. Mrs. Rippy was attired in a blue suit with white accessories and wore a corsage of pink carnations.Mr. and Mrs. Duggins are residing at 16001 - Piatt avenue. He is employed by the Walker Construction Co. in this city.
