2 Get 25 Years Each, Still Face Charges HereTwo men who were sentenced Monday to 25 years apiece m prison for the kidnaping of an Austin, Minn . gun collector, were scheduled to be returned to La Crosse Tuesday to face charges.Those charges result from circumstances surrounding their pursuit and apprehension here and in Vernon County.U.S. District Court Judge Edward J. Devitt Monday morning sentenced Hoy H. (Jallington, 52. and Wilbur E. Streeter, 54.They had been found guilty in the federal court in St. Haul, Minn , last Thursday of the kidnaping charges after a jury deliberated less than an hour.The pair had been accused of kidnaping James H.
