i lieeves-Huf fman i Marriage Fridayj A quiet and impressive cere-mony was performed at the Mcth- j odist Church Friday morning at 9:00 o’clock when Miss Olive Lucille Huffman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Huffman, became the bride of Mr. Walter Reeves, son of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Reeves of near New Burlington.Proceeding the ceremony Mrs. Donna Gaskins played “O, Promse Me.” As the traditional “Lohengrin Wedding March” was played the bride and groom proceeded to the altar, accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. William Lumpkin of near New Burlington, brother-in-law and sister of the groom as attendants.The single ring ceremony was read by Rev. F. F. Hubbell, pastor of the church, while stoft strains of “Ave Marie,” Schubert and “The Lord’s Prayer” by Mallot were played.Mrs. Reeves is a graduate of Reesville High School and has been employed at the Clinton Tool Co. Mr. Reeves graduated from New Burlington.Following a short honeymoon through Tenneesee, they will go to their new home on a farm near Yellowr Springs.
