Y.; a cameo set of jewelry, from her brother Charlie, of Kansas; a very handsome set of gold initial sleeve buttons, from her brother-in-law, G. W. Henry, of this city; a handsome toilet set, from sister Jennie; a toilet set of Bohemian ware, from Mrs. Rodney Jones, a sister; silver pickle dhh from Mrs. Smith, of Cuioago; spoon holder, from Miss Crossley; a toilet set ot crystal and gilt, from Mrs. Glass, of Manhattan; a pair of marble vases, from Yliss Anna Doig, of Kew Lennox; perfume bottles and another tnlet set and othey “little articles,” from Mr. alee; a silk bedquilt, from Mrs. E. B. Crafts,'of Manhattan; also tidies, table druaments, mottoes, wall ornaments, etc., too ifumer-ous to mention from theirhost of friends?Their home, for the present, will be at the residence of Mr. David Richards;When a person gets married, th:*y do so thinking that as ft is only once in a lifetime, and they might as well^orltsim brown, and have a big time. These gen^ ial souls are not an exception to the rule, for it was indeed a very nice affair, one that, in their old age, they can reier to with great satisfaction and no regret. They start out on life’s journey with the congratulations and heartfelt wishes of many friends for their future happiness and success in all their undertakings. May their lives be a perpetual fountain ot sweets and domestic felicity, and—we —give it up.
