Brackin, Loe to exchange vows in August ceremonyAngela Diane Loe and John Mark Brackin of Blytheville have announced their engagement and impending marriage on August 4 at First Presbyterian Church in Blytheville.The bride-elect is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. David Loe of Jonesboro and the prospective groom is the son of Mrs. Nita Brackin of Buena Park, Calif, and Buford Brackin of Holland, Mo.Miss Loe is a 1981 graduate of Jonesboro High School and attended Hendrix College before graduating from Arkansas StateUniversity in 1986. At ASU, she was a member of Kappa Delta Pi, Honors Association, and College Republicans. She received her degree in elementary education and is currently a teacher at Gos-nell Elementary School.Mr. Brackin is a 1979 graduate of Cooter High School and a 1983 graduate of the University of Missouri at Columbia with a degree in agriculture. In college he was a member of Alpha Gamma Rho, and he is currently employed as a merchandiser by Continental Grain Co in Ca-ruthersville, Mo.The grandparents of the bride-elect are Mrs. Rosemary Loe and the late Arthur H. Loe of Gulfport, Miss., Mr. and Mrs. Willard King of Hot Springs, the late Mrs. Lorena June Malahy of Shreveport, La., and John S. Malahy of Gilbert, Ariz.The grandparents of the prospective groom are Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Jones of Tuscon, Ariz. andMr. and Mrs. Hubert Brackin of Cooter, Mo. and his great-grandmother is Mrs. Lena Frazier of Cooter, Mo.
