Mr.ed ‘ Spears, the photographer, was oneecj! of the party and took group pictures of the crowd and of the Clements family.Clay B. Clements was born and reared at old Mt. Pleasant. He is seventy-two years old and spent his entire life in Martin and Daviess counties. He served four years in the civil war and made a record as Ityja fighting soldier.
