Burger officiated at the ceremony Saturday afternoon which united in marriage Miss Geraldine Virginia Stookey, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Stookey, 415 Dewey-st, and Leonard Wesley Bickley, son of Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Bickley, 1132 First-st.The wedding took place in the parsonage of SS. Peter and Paul’s Church at 3 p. m. in the presence of the immediate families.For her wedding the bride chose a light blue crepe dress and pink accessories. Her flowers were pink roses, sweet peas and valley lilies.Mrs. Albert Hetrick, of Fremont, sister of the bridegroom, was thebridesmaid and she wore a green dress with beige accessories and carried a bouquet of carnations and sweet peas.A wedding dinner for the bridal party and members of the two families was served in the home of the bride’s parents at 5 p. m. In the evening there was a reception for the friends and relatives.After a trip to Michigan Mr. and Mrs. Bickley will reside at 1212 Maple-av and they will be at home after May 17. The bridegroom is with his father in the fishing business. Both young people attended Sandusky High school and the bride has been in the employ of the A. H. Vogel Co.
