The Rev. Raymond Opperwall read the marriage service, which preceded a reception at the Woman’s Club.' Given in marrige by her father, the bride wore a gown of lace and tulle, styled with Peter Pan collar and accents ofiridescent sequins sprinkled on the lace bodice. A diadem,also sprinkled with sequins, held her fingertip veil. She held a white lace-covered Bible to which were attached orchids and stephanotis.Preceding her were her sis-j ter and maid of honor, Mar-| guerite Friesema, and her bridesmaid, Marjorie Klaus. They were dressed alike in re-j 1 embroidered white sheer over ( pastel blue taffeta. Cummer-1 4 bunds of light blue circled their * waists and became butterfly 1 bows with streamers. They had| 1 piatching blue hairbraid crowns with circular veils and carried white carnations with blue bachelor buttons and ivy.Richard Heimstra was hisf^ brother’s best man and Jacobi^Friesema, brother of the bride, was groomsman.
