Joseph Antone Negele, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Negele of 104 West Dowland street, exchanged their wedding vows Friday afternoon at Mason county courthouse with Probate Judge Owen J. Gavigan reading the double-ring service.Only attendants of the bridal couple were Miss Mary Edith Ewing and Richard C. Larson.The bride wore an aqua two-piece suit with white trim with which she wore a white hat and accessories. Her bridal flowers were pink and white carnationsin a corsage.Miss Ewing was attired in a navy blue dress accented with white and her hat and accessories also were white. She wore a corsage of white carnations.Mrs. Negele, mother of the bridegroom, was attired in a navy blue costume with which*she wore a navy hat, navy and white accessories and a corsage of white carnations.Following the ceremony, a wedding reception was held at the Negele home for relatives and friends.A two-tier white wedding cakewas decorated with arches, bells and flowers. A chocolate cake with marble frosting also was a feature of refreshments served at the reception.Among out-of-town guests present were Mr. and Mrs. Carl Negele of Hammond, Ind., brother and sister-in-law of the bridegroom.The bride attended Sutton school and is a graduate of Ludington high school.The bridegroom, who attended Hammond Technical high school in Hammond, Ind., is a graduate of St. Simon's high school.
