He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Byers, RD 1, Tidioute.The bride-elect will be a 1975 graduate of Youngsville High School. Her fiance is a 1973 graduate of Tidioute High School and is presently employed by the Kinzua Dam.The couple plans an Aug. 16 wedding.
