(AP) — Three relatives of Jesse James may have won $10,000 in court Thursday over the question of whether their outlaw relative died April 3, 1882, as the history books said.The unusual two-day trial was the result of a suit filed by Mrs.CARTHAGE PRESS, FritStella James, 85-year-old daughter-in-law of the outlaw, j and her two daughters, Ethel and Estelle. Mrs. James, of Los Angeles County, Calif., did not attend the trial but her attorney introduced affidavits to support the death of James at St. Joseph, P Mo., at the hands of Bob Ford.Rudy Turilli, operator of a Jesse James Museum at Stanton, Mo., had offered $10,000 to anyone who could prove a man he once employed was not the real Jesse James. Turilli has 10 days in which to appeal the decision.The man, known as J. Frank Dalton, claimed in 1948 that he was the one-time outlaw. In a 1950 trial he petitioned to change his name to Jesse James. He is now dead.Turilli’s attorney introduced evidence in an attempt to show that the man killed by Ford was Charlie Bigelow, a member of the James gang who was set up for the killing so Jesse could remain free.After deliberating one hour and 50 minutes, the jury voted 11-1 in favor of the James relatives.Bill Is Last HopeWASHINGTON (AP) - Sen.
