Melowie Frazier, niece of the bride and Jessica Wade, niece of the bridegroom served as flowergirls. They wore pale yellow gowns enhanced with a soft white print and carried small baskets of white rose petals and babies’ breath.Jeremy McEaehin, nephew of the bridegroom served as ringbearer and carried a soft yellow heartshaped pillow edged in lace which was made by Mrs. Gladys Williams, grandmother of the bridegroom.Lawrence E. Wade served his son as best man. Ushers were Earl Colvin Jr., brother of the bride and Robert Wade, brother of the bridegroom, who also lit the candles prior to the ceremony.The brides mother chose a full length blue gown for the occasion. Her ensemble was complemented by a corsage of white carnations. The bridegroom's mother chose a full length green gown also enhanced by a white carnation corsage.The wedding was directed by Mrs. Angie Wade.The bride’s parents entertained with a reception in the fellowship hall of the church following the ceremony. Mrs. Beth Russell kept the bride's book Guests were greeted and served by Mrs. Margaret Nowlin, Mrs. Johnnie Padgett and Mrs. Evelyn Murphy.
