Elaine wore a pink chiffon gown and long veil secured bypink flowers. She carried a bouquet of light pinkroses.The bride was graduated from Hamilton High School and the bridegroom attended CrestHigh School in North Carolina.A buffet reception was held at their home in Burbank.To Wed in JuneMr. and Mrs. Russell C. Anderson of Bay Village,Ohio, former residents of Northridge, announce the engagement of their daughter Sandra Louise to Joseph Ronald Shinn, son of the Joseph W. Shinns of Granada Hills.The bride-elect is a graduate of San Fernando Valley State College and ateacher at Sequoia Junior High in Reseda.
