Sunday afternoon- a second reception was celebrated at the Andrew Neppl home In nonor of the wedding of Henry Neppl to Mies 'Mary Snyder. About .sixty relative? and friendB were present. The afternoon was spent in playing games, singing and music and a game of base bali was played. The game had to be called in the 12th, with the score a tie 2 to 2 on account that the participants were beginning to get wet inside as well at on the outside. F. J. Snyd-er and 13. Snyder staged a genuine pitching duel. Each allowed; 4 hits, were wild at some stages but pitched air tight ball in the pinches. F. J. Snyder struck out 4 of the opposing batters in one inning. He said they wouldn't have got a hit if he had been pitching in the dark. Well we bet there were some mighty lame men the next day. All present reportciL a most enjoyable time. Mr. and 'Mrs. Henry Neppl left on a wedding trip Tuesday for South Dakota and North Daaota after which they will reside on a', farm belonging to bis father near 'Clement, North utkota.
