Chester A. Werbin read the double ring ceremony at 2:30 o’clock in the afternoon before the altar banked with bouquets of white gladioli and blue stock with two sets of seven -5 branched candelabra 011 either• side holding blue candles.; Preceding the ceremony, Mrs, Charles E. Williams, organist, played a program of nuptial mu-' sic. She accompanied Geri Wal-. trip of Coffeyviile who sang, “Because,” “Always,” and “Tjie Lord’s Prayer.” i Given in marriage by her fath-) er, the bride wore a formal length . gown of white Chantilly lace over . light blue nylon organdy, fashion-, ied with a princess bodice with• scalloped V neckline and long 1 tapered sleeves ending in points ' over the hands. The fingertip veilwas attached to a queen’s crown.‘ She carried a floral arrangement of white rosebuds with a white ' orchid in the center, atop a white I Bible. Her only jewelry was a I strand of pearls and matching r earrings, a gift of the groom.Miss Jerry Mozingo, sister of 1 the bride, was maid of honor.. Miss Sandra Gilbert was .the• bridesmaid. Miss Judy and Miss 5 Nancy Flottman, sisters of thegroom, lighted the candles. The I attendants and eandlelighters• wore identical dresses of blue Mantilla chromespun, fashionediwith sabrina necklines. They car-.’ ried colonial bouquets of white . carnations tied with blue ribbon. 1 Terry Gilbert, small son of thebride, was the ringbearer, and Nancy Gossard, cousin of the ( bride, was the flower girl. Her dress was like the ones worn by f the attendants. ' \Wayne Flottman, brother of the ( groom, acted as best man. Low- lt;ell Maples of Coffeyviile and Bud j Holtz matt of lola, ushered,Mrs. Mozingo, mother of the , bride, wore a beige dress with j matching accessories. Mrs. Flottman, the groom's mother, wore 1 a beige lace dress-with beige accessories. Each wore a corsage of white gardenias.A reception was held in the church parlor, immediately following the ceremony. The fourtiered wedding cake, encircled with s mil ax, was topped with a miniature bride and groom. The table was centered with a bouquet of white roses and carnations. Mrs. Gerald Little o£ Coffeyviile presided at the puneh bowl. Miss Zelia Phillips served! the cake, Mrs. Eugene Rex j winkle was in charge of the guest ; book, and Mrs. Russell Eva reopened the gifts. Mrs. Richard! Gossard assisted at the reception.;After a wedding trip to the j Ozarks the couple will be at home; at 502 Maple Street, Coffeyviile. For going away the bride-, chose a iwo-piece light blue wool suit j with black patent accessories,! and she wore the white orchid from her bridal bouquet. !The bride graduated from L.C.C. High School at Altamont: in 1957.
