The charge was preferred.by a woman,in Bartelsvllle who claims she is onej of two wives the defendant has on his hands. Buckbee $*as arrested here recently on the charge of failing to support i wife in Join. lie denies that the woman here is his wife; He will go back with the deputy sheriff without requisition papers. Buckbee was formerly a resident of loia.
