Noel Pannon officiated at the 3 p.m. ceremony with Frankie Moran, brother of tho bride, and Michael Moran, cousin of the bride, as altar boyfl. ■The bride Is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frankie Lee Moran, Lizana and the groom is the son of Mr, and Mrs. Edmond G. Tubba, Saucier.Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a formal Empire gown of sheer organza with a Duchess neckline and Bishop sleeves. Her fingertip veil of silk illusion was attached to a seed pearl headpiece. She carried a bouquet of sweetheart rosea, carnations and baby's breath.Maid of honor was Marlene Moran, cousin of the bride; Bridesmaids were Brenda Tubbs, sister of the groom and Gail Moran, ,slater' of the bride. Jean Ladner, cousin of the bride, was flower girl. Timmy Moran, brother of the bride, was ring bearer.The groom's father was best man. Ushers were Clyde Schlvers, brother-in-law of the groom; Bill Schonewltz; Marlin Moran. cousin of the bride and Wayne Tubbs, uncle of theAnn rites.Mrs. R.M.
