He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William Weaver of Merrimack.Miss Black is a 2000 graduate of the College of the Holy Cross, Worcester, Mass., where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in French. She is the coordinator of communications and events at Helping Abused Women and Children, Salem,Mass.Mr. Weaver is a 2002 graduate of Georgetown University, Washington, D.C., where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in history. He is pursuing a Doctor of Laws at Boston College Law School, Newton, Mass.A November 2008 wedding is planned.
