Wilkinson performed the ceremony for the only daughter of Mr.and Mrs, Harold King of Wainwright and the son of Mr. and Mrs. Nick Myshaniuk of Elk Point, Alberta.The bride, given in marriage by her father, entered the church to the strains of 'The Wedding March”. She looked lovely in a plain floor length dress of nylon organza with lace bodice and matching appliques on skirt, topped with a high necked lily point sleeved floor length coat, forming a train. A crisp rose headpiece held her nylon tulle veil. She carried a bouquet of red roses. Her only jewelry was a pearl drop necklace, a gift of thegroom.Miss Margaret Donaldson of Edmonton was bridesmaid wearing a floor, length gown of deep pink nylon organza with heavy lace bodice, a crown headpiece, white necklace, gloves and shoes. She carried a bouquet of gardenias,The groom was attended by his brother, Mr, John Pashko. The only usherer was Mr. Ken King, brother of the bride.A lovely reception was held at Spring Park Hall, catered to by the ladies of the community. The bride’s table was centered by a three tiered wedding cake beautifully decorated in white and pink.The bride’s mother was dressed in a jacket dress of pink brocade and white accessories. Her corsage was a white gardenia. The groom’s mother was in a lovely green dress with appliqued bodice and matching accessories. Her corsage was a white gardenia also.For a wedding trip the bride changed to a pink boucle suit. The happycouple have taken up residence in Calgary.
