oi ms aeaiu. it is recorded that Napoleon said of ros-sombroni that he was “ un geant dans un entresol.His Royal Highness Prince Luitpold of Bavaria accompanied by his illustrious bride, Princess Augusta of Tuscany, was expected to arrive on Monday last, at Munich, from Florence, to assist at the nuptial festivities of Princess HUdegarde, of Bavaria, and the Archduke Albrecht of Austria, which are to be solemnised this day in the Bavarian capital. Triumphal arches have been erected at the precincts of the city, where a deputation of magistrates were to be in waiting to receive his royal highness and his fair bride.Yesterday the Neapolitan Ambassador at a private audience, delivered to the King letters announcing the birth of a princess, the daughter of their Sicilian Mjestie* The resident Minister of the Grand Duke of Tuscany also de*lt; livered to the King a letter from his sovereign, announ-ing the marriage of the Archduchess Augusta of Tuscany* with Prince Luitpold of Bavaria. His Majesty has also received a letter from the President of the Republic of Netr Grenda, in answer to the notification of themerriage of the Prince de Joinville with the Princess Frances Caroline of Brazil.—Paris paper.
