Ralph lutsler officiated a’ the double ring ceremony.For her wedding, the bride rose a white wool suit, which she created, with navy shell, white hat with short veil and other accessories of navy Mrs. I W. Vickers of Alexandria was the bride s matron of honor and only attendant. Mr Vickers w.lt; best man.The new Mrs. Neely is a graduate of Valley High School in Mason town and West Virginia I n.versity where she received a B S degree in elementary edu cation. She is pre.cntly employed by t . Preston County School Boa id of education.Mr Neely is also an alumnus ot Valley High School and is cur-1 rently employed by the Office of Naval Research in Washington. D. C.Following a Southern wedding tnp.
