Upon their return they will make their home in South Holland.The bride, a graduate of Thornton Township High school, was formerly employed in the offices of an insurance company in Rose-land.Yost-BlankcIn a pretty wedding in St. Paul's Lutheran church, Dolton. Miss Helen Yost, of Riverdale. and Henry Blanke Jr.. of Dolton, were married Saturday afternoon. April 22. at 4 o clock with the Rev. Walter J. Kemnitz officiating at the double ring ceremony.The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Yost, of Riverdale, and the groom, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Blanke. of Dolton.The bride wore a lovely gown of white satin with a square neck and lace trimmed bodice. A panel of wide lace and satin hung from the waist to the hemline of the front of the gown and in the back a simiiar panel of satin and wide lace hung from the waist line down the center through to the end of the long train. Her finger tip veil fell from a crown of pearlsand rhinestones and her bridal bouquet was of white roses and white sweet peas.Pauline Krass. maid of honor, wore a gown of nylon net over yellow taffeta. On her hair she wore a hand crocheted headpiece. She carried a bouquet of red roses, white camelias, sweet peas and white daisies.The bridesmaids. Shirley Schultz and Mrs. Herbert Osenga. sister of the bride, both of Riverdale, wore I dresses identical to that of the maid of honor with their bouquets also similar.Sharon Spaet, niece of the groom served as flower girl and wore a yellow net and taffeta gown similar to the older girls with the same headpiece and flowers.IfrdIkg£Little Dennis St. Jacques, nephew of the groom, was the ring bearer.Allan Blanke. of Riverdale. was his brother’s best man and the ushers were Edwin Rusch. nephew of the bride and Herbert Osenga, brother-in-law of the bride, both of Riverdale.Jane Bremer, of Riverdale. sang Because.” and the Lord's Prayer”. accompanied on the organ by A. C. Bemahl.The mothers of the bride and groom both wore navy blue dresses and corsages of pink carnations.After the ceremony dinner for 225 guests was served in St. Paul’s school hall.
