White ami Colored Mingle.Yesterday afternoon Mr. George K. Hnm, an iuduatrious and respectable young Ger-man of this county, was married to Miss KlizaTurner, daughter of KUia Turner, a well known colored gardener residing on the river road two and a half miles west of this city. The bride is a quadroon, hut as white as any anglo-Sa.xon. She is well educated. very beautiful and a young woman of sjotless character. The ceremony was performed by Itev. Jordan Hall, of the M. K. Church South. The father uf the bride is a wealthy farmer and gardener, a member of McKendree M. K. church, a while congregation, and is very highly esteemed by all who know him. The bride would never be taken by any one who did not know her fur anything ehe than a mire blooded white.
