Home Baby A Winner.The Courier baby contest came to a close Saturday evening- and Wednesday the results were announced. It was with great pleasure that this section learned that pretty little Eieda Marcia Schutz hadwon one of the grand prizes, a silver purse holding 100 silver dollars. She ended the contest with 159,625 votes.The first grand prize, ft500 in gold was won by Mildred Roth of Boon-ville, who received 587, 00 votes.Mr. Roosa is the editor of the Evansville Couriei vhich has more readers in the Southern half of Indiana than all other papers combined. Mr. Stevenson is the leading attorney of Rockport and is a son-in-law of Congressman Lieb.Thanks Baby’s Friends.Mr. and Mrs. Loren Schutz desire to thank the friends who assisted them in the recent contest in which their baby was one of the winners.
