The procession was long, and was elegantly marshalled. They assembled in the court house at two o’clock p. m., and were addressed by Mr. J. O. Humphrey, of Springfield, which was listened to bv some 500 persons. In the evening the court house was again tilled and listened to another able and eloquent address by lt;i. W.
