to Mrs. Justine Wise TulinMrs. Justine Waterman Wise Tulin, a justice of the Domestic Relations court of New York and the widow of professor Leon Arthur Tulin, was married to Isadora Polier, New York attorney, at noon on March 26, at the home of her parents, the Rev. Dr. and Mrs. Stephen S. Wise of 340 WestFifty-seventh Street.Dr. Wise performed the ceremony in the presence of relatives and intimate friends. Thera wasno. reception.The couple will dispense with a wedding trip, as Mrs. Polier will resume her place on the bench this ■week. They will reside at the apartment of the bride, 280 WestFourth Street.The bride was sworn in for thefull ten-year term as justice byMayor La Guardia in September,1935. She previously had servedas an Assistant Corporation Counsel of the city of New York andas a referee in the compensationdivision of/ the State Labor Department. She attended Bryn Mawr, Rgdcliffe and Barnard Colleges and the law school of YaleUniversity.Her marriage to Professor Tulin took place in June 1927, when she was a student at the Yale Law School and Mr. Tulin was a mem-His first wife died last year, ber of the faculty. Mr. Tulin later Ibecame Professor of Criminal Law at the law school of Columbia Uni-! versity. He died in December,1 1932. Mrs. Polier has a son, Ste- j phen Wise Tulin 8 years old.Mr. Polier is a graduate of Harvard College and the law school of Harvard University and is with the law firm of Kaufman Weitzner, of New York. He was born in Aiken, the son of Mrs. Harris L. Polier. This is his second marriage.
