Amy L. McCoy will become bride of Richard T. OliverAmy Lee McCoy Richard Troy OliverCUMBERLAND — Announcement has been made of the engagement of Amy Lee McCoy and Richard Troy Oliver.Miss McCoy is the daughter of Donald McCoy, Moyock, N.C., formerly of Cumberland. She is a graduate of Frank W. Cox High School. Virginia Beach, Va., and is employed with Fashion Bug Plus as assistant manager.Mr. Oliver is the son of Richard and Naomi Oliver of Cumberland. He is a graduate of Allegany High School and is employed by the United Brotherhood of Carpenters, Local 1024.The wedding will take place May 17, at 2 p.m., at CentreStreet United Methodist Church. A reception will follow at the Cumberland Elks.Invitations are being sent.
