Michael is the son of Pat Stelly of Port Arthur, Tx. and Harvey M. Wisenbaker of Santa Maria, Calif.The bride-elect is a 1977 graduate of Bay County High School and is employed with Alvins Island in Panama City BeachMichael is a graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School in Port Arthur, Tx. and is currently employed with a privately owned construction firm in Panama City Beach.The wedding will take place on Friday, May 2 at 6 p.m.at St John’s Catholic Church.All friends and relatives of the couple are invited to attend A reception following the ceremony will be held at the Panama City Garden Center.
