Mrs. Cannon is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Ellis Route 4, Carbondale.Rev. Louis Blaise read the double ring ceremony in the presence of the immediate families. The j bride wore for the ceremony, a winter white crepe dress studded with rhinestones, with navy end pink accessories. She carried and orchid upon a white bible.Mrs. Arlena Marie Blaise, sister of the bride, was matron of, honor. She wore a navy blue dress with white accessories, and a corsage of baby orchids.Harold Blaise, brother-in-law of the bride served as best man. The men wore blue business suits with white carnation boutonnieres.The bride, graduate of University high in 1946. attended Southern Illinois university, and is a graduate of Western Union school in Crawfordsville, Indiana. She has recently been transferred to the Western Union office in Kansas City Mo., where she will continue her duties as a teleprinter operator.The groom graduated from Community High school in 1945 and is attending school in Kansas City. He served in the armed services In World War 11.Mr. and Mrs. Cannon will make their home in Kansas City.
