Mixer-MilanoConneaut Township Park beach was the setting for the double-ring wedding unitingDebi Mixer and Jeff Milano Sept. 20, 2003. The Rev. Vernon Palo officiated the 11 a.m. ceremony. Soloist for the occasion was Karen Palo.Parents of the couple are Dave and Marilyn Mixer, Len and Rose Milano and the late JoAnn Milano, all of Ashtabula.For her wedding the bride chose a gown of white crepe with blue and green floral beading. In her hair she wore daffodils and daisies. To complete her ensemble, she wore a bracelet borrowed from the groom’s sister, Shari Ball. The bracelet formerly belonged to the groom’s deceased mother and grandmother. The bride also wore a cross necklace and diamond earrings which were gifts from the groom.The groom was attired in dark blue trousers with tan shirt.Serving her sister as the bride’s honor attendant was Pennie Canales of Ashtabula. The groom’s father was best man.Candles made by the groom were given to the bride’s mother and groom’s stepmother; the groom’s aunt, Anita Melaragno; and the groom’s sister, Shari Ball.The bride and groom graduated fromMR. and MRS. JEFF MILANO(Debi Mixer)Ashtabula High School in 1974. She is employed with Dr. James Hanna. He is employed with Gabriel Performance Products.The couple are making their home at 510 Wrights Ave., Conneaut.
