BRIDE-ELECT—Mr. and Mrs. Earl Browning of Waldron, Kan. annouce the engagement of their daughter Arlene, to Donald Newton, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Newton of • 3168 W. Pikes Peak Ave. Miss Browning is a senior at Hazelton High School, Hazeiton, Kan. Mr. Newton graduated from Monument High School class of 1955, attended Doane College at Crete. Neb. and is now employed by the Forest Service at Monument. A July wedding is planned.
