Miss Ruby Beech, a bride-elect of next month, was the guest of honor at a shower of small kitchen articles held at the home of Miss L. Rowland last Friday. After a few games aed contests a dainty lunch wa~ served by the hostess, the table being centred with a four-tiered “ wedding cake, which, upon investigation, was found to contain the gifts of the assembled guests. The honor guest tendered her thanks, and after the dusters and pot which tha guests had made during the avening had been collected, everyone departed for home, sweet home.numbered fourteen.
