It was alleged that they set Are to the premises 117 South Charles street on December j 8 last. The State abandoned Its prosecution and directed the Jury to say not guilty.A stet was entered In tne case of William Spuek, Indicted Jointly with the other two, but who was not arrested. The three men conducted a sailors' lodging house at 117 South Charles street under the name of Voland Spuek.
