The Reverend A. 0. Skibs-jrud officiated, and Louise Olson, or-jganist, provided nuptial music. Mrs. l*ftilif Moe sang “I Love Thee and •Through the Years” as the bridal . party assembled at the altar. At the jdose of the service, Don Peterson of Boland sang “The Lord's Prayer.Given in marriage by her father, bride wore a white satin gown •zwith tight fitted bodice aiid lace in--averts. The full skirt ended in a train ■=and her fin gert ip-1 engtth veil was attached to a 'beaded tiara. She carried *ja white Bible marked with an orchid ..sirod: ribbon streamers.Joyce Swenson was maid of honor, rand bridesmaids were Donna Nibe, ^Anita Smith, and the bride's sister, .'Sandra Clayberg. The maid of honor ** was gowned in aqua, and the brides-*maids in gold, blue and yellow. Miss £daybeng carried a white lt;iaisy bou-i quet and the others had carnations..Beat’man was Duane Goodmanson, ;,*and the attendants were Willard Er-•nckson of Roland, the bride's brother,SfRusaeil Clayberg, and the bride-fgroom's bi other, Tommy Christian. Don Peterson, Russell Clayberg, and Nereim served as ushers, while -James Clayberg and Marvin Christian jvwece candlelighters.for her daughter's wedding, Mrs. ^Qayberg chose a navy gown with navy .rand white accessories and a yellow tea :rose corsage. The bridegroom's mo-'jfher wore a teal 'blue dress with brown rand yellow accessories and a corsage of yellow tea roses.Two hundred guests attended the ■wedding reception in the church parlors after the ceremony. Vari-colored isnapdragons, daisies, and iris centered the damask-covered table which was Sighted with triple-branched candelab-:ra. Tiny blue flowers, white bells and miniature bridal couple decorated the ithroe-tier rectangular cake which wag cut by Mrs. Eli Opstvedt and Mrs. El-^mer Jacobson, aunts of the bride and ‘bridegroom.Using silver service, Mrs. Duane CroocDmanson, sister of the 'bride, Tpoured. She was assisted by Virginia •Jenson, Louise Gandrup, Lorraine Nibe .and Barbara Krough. Mrs, Ralph Nor-•deen of Story City and Miss Carrie ISkromme of Roland, aunts of the bri-Aal couple, were hostesses,Fonner Story county residents at ihe wedding were Charles Hill and Joe Jacobson of Beloit, Wise., Mrs, M. H. Wierson and Norma of LeRoy, Minn. Other guests were from Ellendale, Minn., Winona, Minn., Jewell, Roland, Des Moines, Maxwell, McCallsburg ;jand Ames.’The bride graduated last year from ‘'the Story City high school and attend-*-ed the* Iowa School of Beauty Culture. The groom is a graduate of Roland high school, and is employed at the Coop Elevator in Story City.•Mr. and Mrs. Christian will make their home at 233 Elm street, Story City.
