A verv sensational elopement and marriage took place from this city this week. The thirteen year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. S. L. Parkbill ran away with Sol Stafford Thursday night and the twain were married at Hardy, Nebraska the next morning. The girl’s parents were nearly broken up over the affair, but have taken the sensible idea of the matter and will extend the usual parental blessing.—Cortland Register.
