Feckner-MasslgllaMrs. Shirley Feckner of Fort Walton Beach announces the engagement of her daughter, Sandra Jean, to Benjamin Britten Massiglia, son of Mr. and Mrs. Paul and Judy Massiglia of Colorado Springs, Colo. Ms. Feckner is also the daughter of the late Louis E. Feckner Jr.The bride-to-be is a graduate of Fort Walton Beach High School and Auburn University, where she received a bachelor of science degree in early childhood education. She is a site leader of the Before and After School Care Program in Oak Harbor, Wash.The prospective groom is a graduate of Air Academy High School in Colorado Springs and St. John’s University in Collegeville,Minn., where he received a bachelor of science degree in chemistry. He is a lieutenant j.g. in the U.S. Navy, serving as a flight officer at Whidby Island Naval Air Station in Washington.The wedding will take place on Sept. 4 at St. Simon’s-on-the-SoundEpiscopal Church.
