GIVES THREE REASONSMrs. Kelly Given Divorce On St.Patrick's DayAnd sure it was a great day for the Irish, last Friday, and especially forFreda L. Kelly who was made a free woman by Common Pleas Judge John Owen in an uncontested divorce rase.Certainly the judge should take special recognizance in the case, thoughtAttorney Arthur VanEpp, speaking forMrs. Kelly. First of all, he told the judge, because it was St. Patrick's day, second because the plaintiff was Irishas the name unmistakably implies, andthird because the petition for the divorce was, like all other divorce petitions, jacketed in a green envelope.A smile from the judge, an exchangeof a few words, and Mrs. Kelly of Medina was divorced from Thomas E. Kelly of New York city.David A. Brown of Wadsworth was given .a divorce from Gladys W. Brown of Barberton. Saturday, by Judge Owen on charges of gross neglect of duty and extreme cruelty.
